Ulanga Board Game

Ulanga is a pick-up-and-deliver board game set along the Ulanga River, where players captain steamboats delivering goods to nearby villages while navigating the dangers of Eastern Africa.

Each game begins with players building a unique river route using river tiles, ensuring a fresh and unpredictable journey every time. On their turns, players choose either to move their boat toward valuable delivery points or play Restriction cards to hinder their rivals. Strategic timing is essential, as players can score by matching Port cards when a boat stops at the corresponding port, or risk losing precious points if they cannot take an action and must flip an Anchor token. The game concludes when a player loses all three anchors or the final Scoring token is drawn, with victory going to the player who has earned the most points.

Ulanga blends route planning, tactical card play, and interactive competition into an exciting race along a dynamic river system.
