Challenge your perception and strategy in Vizia, a vibrant and clever tile-laying board game of color matching, pattern building, and tactical decision-making.
Vizia includes 72 colorful triangular tiles divided among the primary and secondary colors, and 48 player tokens in four distinct colors. At the start of the game, each player receives two secret tiles and a set of tokens, while four tiles are placed face-up to form the communal pool.
On your turn, you may place tiles from your hand, the communal pool, or both, connecting them to the growing mosaic. Each tile must be placed adjacent to others that align correctly on the color wheel: green connects to yellow or blue, red to orange or purple, and so on.
When a player completes a hexagonal “wheel”, they mark it with one of their tokens and score points based on its composition.
- A full wheel with all six colors is worth three points
- A bi-colored wheel is worth two points
- Any other combination is worth one point
After completing a turn, players may refill their hand and the communal pool until the supply is exhausted. When all tiles have been played, the player with the highest total score wins.
For added depth, Vizia includes five optional variants that allow advanced strategies, including bonus scoring for large groups of tokens, moving tiles by sacrificing tokens, and adjusting the communal pool to reduce luck.
Perfect for fans of abstract strategy games, color-based puzzles, and tile-placement mechanics, Vizia delivers a blend of simple rules, visual appeal, and deep tactical play for 2 to 4 players.
