Following my order for the above product I checked delivery details which were as I requested. However, I decided to amend the details (as the option was there) to request the product be delivered at a local store, other than my home address. It was confirmed I could collect the next day after 12 noon. On calling the local store they advised that they have no deliveries on that day (Sat) my order was not there. Given the option was available to me and advised of collection day and time I feel that the info’ provided was very mis-leading it also meant I was unable to have my order in time to give as a gift. The information provided was incorrect because had I not been advised that delivery was next day, I would not have taken up the option and left the order as originally requested. It should be stated that the order was going back for re-delivery to the nominated store. I consider this a very poor service and will not be requesting orders that use DPD as a delivery company.
