I use Say it Baby every time one of our team members have a new arrival, this has been over the last 5 years plus. I have personally used them myself. The gifts are absolutely fantastic and I certainly would recommend to anyone.

Very innovative brilliant gift way better than flowers

Whilst I would rate the product itself as Good, the order which was placed as a gift for someone, was delivered a week late! It would be helpful to have a phone contact option to speak to someone who can help with queries/concerns, as it was difficult to ascertain what was happening with the delivery and whilst I did get a response via email contact, it would have been more convenient and reassuring to speak to someone directly.

As per the order we asked if we could add a note on to the lady it was going to.

The item was received quickly with no name/card to say who the gift was from it was only in conversation that this arose.

Very disapointed that a simple instruction could not be followed.

However the item was brilliant.
