STANDARD DELIVERY & CLICK & COLLECT INFO

Free Delivery on all orders over £50.00

Standard Delivery charge to mainland UK - £4.99 - this is regardless of the number of items purchased. We ship using courier DPD Local (who offer an hour delivery window on the day and a fully trackable service) or Royal Mail for smaller items.  Our minimum order value before shipping is £5.00.

Click & Collect. Place order anytime online. Collection is available during normal opening hours:

Tue-Fri 9am-4pm

Sat 10am-5pm

An email notification will be sent to advise when collection is ready - normally same day (excluding Monday) or next day depending on the time the order is placed.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Please note that although we will aim to ship your order same day (if ordered before 2pm Tuesday-Friday) - we do not guarantee a next day service, this is simply our standard service offered. We will provide full tracking info either via text or email so that you can track your package.

All orders must be placed by 2pm GMT for same day dispatch. (Dispatch Tue-Fri and Mainland UK only).

DELIVERIES TO PLACES OF WORK/HOSPITALS

We can deliver to places of work, hospitals etc as long as full contact details and information is provided. (E.g. If a hospital - Full Name, Ward Number etc). Please note that couriers do not have access to deliver to recipient or ward in a hospital - they must go through a Goods-In Department. Therefore we would strongly advise contacting the hospital prior to placing order to confirm.
