Spring has arrived and the forest is alive with color. In Kodama Forest, players work to create the most vibrant and welcoming landscapes to attract the magical kodama spirits. Plant bamboo, grow flowers, and invite friendly pandas and butterflies to help your two shared forests thrive.
Each round, you place one tile on the board to your right and one on the board to your left, collaborating with your neighbors to cover as much land as possible. Any uncovered dirt spaces reduce your score, so efficient placement and thoughtful planning are essential. The game ends when a board has fully covered its five and ten dirt spaces, and players score both of their shared boards, with the lowest combined score determining the winner.
Success comes from balancing cooperation with subtle competition, creating forests that flourish while ensuring your overall score rises above the rest. Shape the landscape, work with your neighbors, and bring the kodama spirits to your growing woodland.
