Like every Sherlock case, Tomb of the Archaeologist challenges you to solve a mystery using 32 interconnected clue cards. Players reveal one clue at a time, choosing carefully which information to expose and when. Some cards will guide you straight toward the truth, while others prove misleading or irrelevant, costing your team valuable points.
Throughout the game, players may share theories and discuss ideas while only reading aloud the bold or framed text from their hidden cards. When all clues have been revealed or discarded, your team must reconstruct the full narrative of Edward Carter’s final moments. Then open the final questionnaire, answer each question together, and earn points for every correct deduction.
